We will accompany you on a complimentary visit to your building site and listen to develop an understanding of your vision, lifestyle, needs, and budget.
Designing
Together
After our initial meeting and discussion, we start with a 3D concept model so you can see your vision come to life. We like your involvement in the selection of natural materials and methods to ensure a beautiful, sustainable building.
Building
Your Dream
Once we have created the concept together, we spend time reviewing a highly detailed budget before heading into the Build phase. We believe that transparency is crucial to our partnership and project success.

Sustainability
We build our homes to meet the energy costs of the future. That means using materials and methods modelled after the highly respected passive house building techniques, popular across Europe. Our team of designers are all formally educated in this modern building science through the Canadian Passive House Institute. We design your home to be highly energy efficient, extremely comfortable and intentionally leverage the natural setting.
What is a
Passive House?
The passive house standard relates to energy efficiency, comfort and intentional design. This is not a brand, but rather a style of building that has been tested successfully in the most extreme environments on earth, proving that true energy efficiency is more a product of great building than climate or external factors. Passive houses embody a set of best practices that seal the inside of the building envelope from outside temperatures while maintaining a stable inside temperature and high air quality. These houses take minimal power to heat and cool, and are built with rising future energy costs in mind.

Not only do we work in partnership with you to design a home that fits your lifestyle needs, we also consult the natural surroundings. Placement of windows, overhangs, doors and outdoor living spaces are crucial pieces of any home. We consult the natural surroundings such as sun, winds and topography to ensure the building works with the natural surroundings for maximum performance and comfort.
